Konstantine Paschalidis.

Konstantine is a partner and Chair of the Litigation group at IX Legal. His practice focuses on employment matters, outside general counsel support, and shareholder disputes. Within employment matters, he regularly represents employers in non-compete matters inside and outside of court. With over sixteen years’ experience arguing and trying cases in both New York and New Jersey, Konstantine uses his experience to advocate for his clients.

Outside of the courts, Konstantine provides a measured approach to resolve pre-suit matters with clients in mediation and arbitration, both through JAMS and AAA. When ADR is unavailable, he strives to resolve disputes through direct negotiations with opposing counsel, building a straightforward, non-posturing rapport.

Konstantine serves a diverse client base consisting of large companies, medical practices, regional companies, international entities operating in the United States, along with small businesses, individual operators, and medical professionals.
