Alexander Kalogeras.
Alexander’s practice focuses primarily on real estate transactions, where he represents a broad range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to sophisticated real estate investors and hedge funds. His experience includes residential and commercial acquisitions and sales, real estate development, financing, and other complex real estate transactions. Alexander also represents commercial landlords and tenants in connection with leasing matters, lease negotiations, and related issues.
Alexander also advises businesses and their owners on corporate matters, including corporate formation, governance, restructuring, and asset protection. His transactional practice encompasses structuring and negotiating agreements designed to address the legal and business needs of closely held businesses, real estate owners, and other clients.
In addition to his transactional practice, Alexander has experience in commercial litigation, representing clients in business owner disputes, commercial landlord-tenant conflicts, contractual disputes, and other business-related matters. His transactional and litigation experience allows him to provide clients with practical advice that takes into account both their immediate legal needs and broader business objectives.
In 2026, Alexander was selected to the New York Metro edition of the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
Alexander earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2023 and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from Berklee College of Music, which he earned in 2018.
